I’m a technology leader, public speaker, and community advocate dedicated to empowering people, transforming organizations, and strengthening communities.

Born in northern Minnesota and raised by a single mother, I discovered early the value of resilience and connection. My path became clear at Macalester College, where involvement in student government sparked a lifelong passion for bringing people together and driving impact.

I launched my career in technology at Target while leading the non-profit Girls in Tech, combining professional expertise with a passion for empowering others. After earning an MBA from MIT, I’ve spent over a decade building and leading technology teams, currently at Marriott International. I also consult with organizations on technology leadership, team growth, and organizational transformation.

I enjoy sharing insights on leadership, technology innovation, organizational change, women in leadership, and personal productivity, helping audiences translate ideas into action.

Outside of work, I serve as a City Council Member, and pursue personal projects that connect, challenge, and inspire me. I’m equally dedicated to my hobbies—whether that’s lifting weights, training for a race, reading everything in sight, adding to my action figure collection, or celebrating life with sweet treats.
